The room was fantastic, very big and clean. Spa and poll very nice.

Breakfast and restaurant dishes very Chinese oriented. Gym old and not very equipped; it was very hot and without air conditioning or windows. Staff not very qualified, Change desk staff absolutely not organized (impossible to have a receipt about the changed money) and very poor at English

The language barrier made communication difficult and some staff members seemed uninterested in assisting us. The hotel's surroundings were not very picturesque and lacked any charm.

No many of the staff spoke any English. The Gym is not very good

Says it's an International Hotel but all facilities were closed dusring the Chinese New Year, without notice, not catering to International guests through this period. No one spoke English.

The staff provided excellent service, catering to our needs and ensuring a pleasant stay.

Rooms are very special designed, real nice. Next time i would book this Hotel again but without the breakfast!

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited space in the ballroom, making it feel crowded during events. Otherwise, my stay was perfect and fulfilled all my luxurious needs.
